We aren't sure of your question and request that you send us a private message on social media. Note: Flat bottom pans are essential for good cooking performance since the bottom of the pan needs to touch the glass for the best heat transfer. Most cookware brands sold nowadays have flat bottoms. Much older, used cookware and/or thinner cookware will often show signs of no longer being completely flat across the bottom of the pan. The touch-sensitive controls are a game-changer. Changing temp or time has never been easier! You can preheat on my way home or push a notification to your phone which is always nice.
