A:AnswerHi LMT123- The glass shelves are made of tempered glass. You do not want to place hot pots on the shelves. Also, do not clean glass shelves with warm water when they are cold. Glass shelves and covers may break if exposed to sudden temperature changes or impact such as bumping or dropping. Tempered glass is designed to shatter into many small pieces if it breaks. A:AnswerWe found that this generally means you have too many things stacked in front of that vent that runs along the back, near the top shelf. If that can't get good air flow, the compressors run constantly and freeze things.
A:AnswerWe found that the rubber seal around the freezer door came loose often and if it is not seated right, it causes the freezer to work overtime and that's when we see frost form on the drawers. Looks at that rubber seal all the way around and make sure it is not loose.
