- Answer That's an indication that water isn't entering the washer. Check to be sure both the hot and cold water supply valves are turned on. If the issue continues, unplug your washer for 2-3 minutes to reset the electronics and try it again. If the issue persists once power is restored, we recommend contacting our GE Appliances team of experts Bodewell at 1-833-4BODEWELL (833-426-3393) Monday – Friday: 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET to have your washer evaluated and repaired as needed. -Vikki@GEAppliances

QuestionBought a top loader GE washer and dryer. Cannot get the temp to change form hot to cool and neither the rinse to the Deep “Rinse. What is the problem? The dial also will not change form quick wash to delicate wash. Is is locked or what is wrong???

- Answer so gar what I have learned is that you need to press MyCycle. Plus if you press the little triangular shape at the bottom of the temperate column, you can change the water temp. I haven't tried to cange to the Deep Rinse yet.

QuestionWe just bought this washer and the first load was off balance and we had it installed by the place we put it from , hubby checked to be sure it was level and it was . Did 3 more loads ever loud it is off balance. Very dis and not happy .

- Answer Yes but only as a downloaded cycle on the app after connecting to your home WiFi. Otherwise the manual recommends bulky cycle with a little bleach.

QuestionWhen i put my bedding to wash it always comes out super wet still, when i do a drain and spin cycle it sometimes puts more water in?!!! When i do NOT have rinse selected?! And then it takes me another 2-3 times to finally get my bedding dry!!! Ugh

- Answer I often have the same problem. Be sure to pick bulky wash. When you put the bulky items in the washer, put them in as a circle, leaving the bottom of the washer (center) visible. Loop the bedding in a circle, instead of just putting in.

QuestionOur washer has smells like stagnant water.. I noticed that after a wash cycle that there's still water underweight the drum/tub. I can't see the water but I can hear the water if I manually spin the drum. I thought all water should drain. Is this normal?
