A:AnswerMine is plastic and condensation has formed underneath. Everything else is high quality on my Profile, wondering why they went the cheap route on the control panel. I love everything else about my stove.

To cancel the current cooking cycle, the door must be closed when pushing the Cancel/Off button. However, when you open the door, the cycle should pause and not automatically start when the door is closed until you press Start again.

A:AnswerThis appliance also serves as the vent for stove top cooking, so I don't think so. We recently purchased another home and tried to find one that would go with the built in oven. No luck! We bought a second Advantium, and it vents my new cooktop. Still well worth it!
