QuestionWhat does it mean by "High powered 610 cfm blower adjustable downward to either 380 or 290 maximum cfm?" What is it maximum CFM capacity? 610 CFM or 380 CFM? Model:PV970NSS has capacity of 450 CFM. Is Model:UVW9301SLSS or Model:PV970NSS more powerful?

- Answer Hello MorePowerful - Thank you for the interest in our wide range of vent hoods. We are happy to share more about them. Model UVW9301SLSS has a Boost setting that runs for 10 minutes at 610 CFM. The normal high setting runs at 380 CFM. The unit cannot also be converted to make 390 or 290 CFM the maximum setting if local code requires it. The model PV970NSS does not have the Boost setting but has a high setting that stays 450 CFM. The wiring should enter the back wall at least 18" above the bottom of the hood and within 5” of the left side of the centerline.
