Oven will not come on ,Loc comes up when I do bake null

Hi Jane-this is Sue from GE Appliances. Thanks for your purchase! The Lock Controls pad locks out the control so that pressing the pads does not activate the controls. Press and hold the Lock Controls pad for three seconds to lock or unlock the control.
