This oven has a 10,000 btu center burner with a removeable grill. It is designed to heat a griddle but does not have one built in.

This oven does provide flexible cooking. The cast-iron grates feature an edge-to-edge design, which allows you to easily move pots, pans and other cookware between the burners.
