  • QuestionWhat is center button for on this plug-in outlet?

    Asked by Anonymous.

    • Answer You use it to pair it to the z-wave network. You might also be able to turn off the z-wave plug (one side) w/out unplugging your device. I can't test that part and it's not accessible behind an electric fireplace.

  • QuestionWill these work on a combined 2.4 & 5 GHZ network or would I need to separate out 2.4

    Asked by Dave.

    • Answer Hello Dave, thank you for your question. It will not matter what type of network you have. It can work with either. You just have to connect your Z-Wave hub/gateway to the router, and then once your Z-Wave hub is online, you will be able to pair the Z-Wave outlet.
