If you get his approval to do so, then ask him to teach you how to operate that software, or teach you how to get past the white blurrr. If he declines your request, then it's polite way of saying that you should get your own computer to look at.

All our devices are designed to work for 2.4 GHz networks so that it can accommodate for a wider range since the 5 GHz cannot penetrate walls and floors. Since most routers nowadays are dual-band we can ask you Internet Service providers to separate the two networks ( 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) for them to have a different SSID so you can connect your device to 2.4 GHz. • A:Answer Yes. On the geenie app, on the home page at the top right corner you'll see a [-], a tic-tac-toe for a lack of better words, as well as a + sign. The tic-tac-toe sign is the option to press that allows you to watch multiple cameras at one time. I believe it allows you to view four cameras at once
