If you want to increase the primary drive to a larger size, I would recommend to use the recovery tool on the gigabyte control app to create a recovery thumbdrive. Then replace your larger faster m.2 in the primary slot and maybe move the supplied 1tb to the slower second slot. Be advised that the screws on the bottom of the tray are T series. Looks like t6 but I left my torx set at work.
