“My son installed this and now his computer won't boot. He took it back out and put his old one in and still wouldnt boot up. He has checked so much over and over, any suggestions?”

check all the power connections, it sounds like he may have bumped a cable on the install of the new card. My guess is maybe the 24 pin motherboard connection came a little loose
