This is a Nest Wifi point, and is not compatible with 3rd party routers to form a Wi-Fi mesh network. It is only compatible with Nest Wifi routers and points and Google Wifi points to create a whole Wi-Fi mesh system. Also, Nest Wifi points can't be hardwired since it doesn't have ports for an Ethernet cable.
