I believe unless you provide them the info you are the only one with access. The passcode should always be dots unless you have it in read mode. Also, the passcode is your home wifi passcode. Also, they would have to load the nest app and have your passcode

Please try again later.Yes, once you link the Nest software to your account, and then link the camera to your account, the video will automatically pop up and refresh to current. I never have to re-login to my iPhone to see previous footage or check the live video. Just open the app and you're there.
