A:AnswerHey there! Great question. In this case you can use a laptop or PC to see the live video stream of your cameras. You can learn how to do it in this link: https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9225631?hl=en-IN&sjid=12714643145121859984-NC#zippy=
A:AnswerThe camera has a magnetic base to attach. I just purchased a simple "L-bracket" (under $3) from one of the big hardware stores and mounted it right below a window (then set the camera onto it).
A:AnswerHi there, K9Beau. Thanks for your inquiry. The Nest Cam (indoor, wired) and other Nest cameras and doorbell come with a Talk and listen feature. You'll need to open the Google Home app and tap the microphone icon to talk. If the camera is off, tap Turn on. A:AnswerHey there, Kc! Thanks for your inquiry. The maximum length for event video recording is up to 3 mins while the minimum is 10 seconds long. The Nest Cam (indoor, wired) comes with three hours of event history right out of the box, and on-device processing also gives our customers smart alerts and Activity Zones, which historically have required a subscription. With event video history, we wanted our products to help our customers understand what’s going on at home easily and highlight the important activity for you. While there's no fee to stream full resolution live video as long as your camera is connected to the internet, you’ll need a Nest Aware subscription to receive advanced features. We also offer 10 days of 24/7 video recording with 60 days of events history for wired cameras with Nest Aware Plus subscription. A:AnswerSo you should read my answer to an above post. I have one of these outside under my front porch on a post on top of the steps. I got my camera 5 years ago but have only had it up outside for a year due to vandalism problems. My uncle has all of his wired cameras outside for 5 years. On the box my camera was in nothing specified it can not be used outdoors or that it can only be used indoors. I do plan on getting a case for mine and any others i put outside.
