• Your best bet would be to install a block of wood that the doorbell could be mounted to. You can rotate the picture 180 degrees but not 90 degrees for horizontal mounting. Do you currently have a doorbell install on the home? If not, the battery powered model would be a better option.

• I don’t see an option in the settings. With that being said, you can certainly mount it sideways, but your image will also be rotated.
