Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Wi-Fi connectivity issue with your Nest Thermostat may be related to a power issue as well. Nest thermostats are designed to charge the battery with the power your heating and cooling system wires supply. If the system wires can't deliver enough power, the thermostat battery will start draining, and this results in your thermostat limiting its features such as Wi-Fi connection to preserve battery. The resolution may be to install a common(C) wire in your system to deliver constant power to the thermostat. The power resolution will also help fix the connectivity issue. You may try to completely disconnect your Nest thermostat from the network and try to use it manually for at least 24 hours. If the issue gets fixed, the battery drain could be caused by your Wi-Fi network.
