No you can't, for that you need the Amazon fire tv or stick

Please try again later.The only way at this point is to be watching Amazon Video on another device like your phone, tablet, or PC and then Cast using the chromecast feature to cast the screen of your device onto the tv that is connected to the nexus player. I do this all the time and it works well except sometimes there is a voice delay.
