The Pixel watch, as most, if not all smart watches, are sealed and have no access to internal components including the battery.

I don't think you will be able to buy a replacement battery anywhere, and if you open the watch good luck to put it back together and make it waterproof again. When I bought my watch I purchased the 2 year warranty so I don't have to worry about the battery. At the time I bought my watch the 2 year warranty was $80
