Please when you call support for the service provider you want, ask for a member of the Care Team. They are specialized agents who have had actually training for the watch. A regular Customer Service associate will only waste your time.

A:AnswerAbout 30 hours of real use on a full charge. I can usually get away with not charging it for about a day but if I am going to be using it all day, I try to charge it the night before. Which is pretty standard. Apple watch does the same thing and so does the Galaxy watch.
