No. To summon emergency services you must interact with the watch (push the crown button 5 times quickly for an emergency.)

Yes. Sensor information and machine learning algorithms help identify falling incidents, like a bike crash or tripping down the stairs. When a fall is detected, the watch will vibrate, ring loudly and ask if you want to call emergency services or automatically dial if you’re unresponsive. Please note that the Pixel Watch may not detect all falls, and Auto-dialing to emergency services is not available in all countries.
