Sadly me too. I'm pretty disappointed in Best Buy and Google. A pre-order use to mean you were guaranteed to get the item the day it released. unfortunately now it doesn't mean that at all, actually no idea what a pre-order means.

Please try again later.Preorder these days means that the company gets your money and you can expect it whenever they get around to ordering the actual amount of items they need. Meanwhile we get to wait and use our older phones. They really should just tell us they have X amount in stock and take preorders for that amount and then after that stock has been exhausted clearly state that anything preordered going forward is expected to ship on Y date.
