QuestionI was debating between buying this camera and the GoPro - HERO HD Waterproof Action Camera. Can someone please explain to me the difference between the two? Trying to decide of I should spend the extra money for the HERO or if this camera is good enough.

- Answer Sorry, but this is not a camera. This is only a case / housing for a GoPro camera. The camera is sold separately. In the product features, please read where it states "Compatible with GoPro HERO3, HERO3+, HERO4 Black and HERO4 Silver cameras. For use with your existing device." The key part being, your *existing* device.

- Answer The only difference other than the color, is the black also comes with a solid back door that completely hides the lcd screen!

- Answer Yes, this is the only difference. EXCEPT it comes with no extra backs or anything. It will not support the LCD or the Battery backs. The clear extended backs work on it but this defeats the total purpose of having the blackout back.
