• The only difference other than the color, is the black also comes with a solid back door that completely hides the lcd screen!

• Color and ability to cover the bright LEDs for stealth. All else the same. If you have a BacPac battery or LCD Touch, you'll have to use the back that matches the stock housing with this one's front.
