QuestionThe flying time is approximately 31 minutes....how does that affect the time with the handheld?

- Answer The drone and grip have separate batteries so they don't affect one another. And to be honest I get more like 26 minutes of actual flight time per battery on my drone and my grip battery lasts for over an hour if the go pro battery was fully charged at the start.

QuestionWhy does best buy still sell this product. since it has been discontinued an go pro no longer supports this product. Go pro stopped making drones in jan 2017 an no longer has updates available for the karma meaning u can't fly the drone.

- Answer They are unloading the rest of there stock which I'm very happy about. Despite its bad name I love my karma drone. I have 4 batteries and somewhere around 110 hours of flight time and I'm still in my first set of props. I've never had an issue of you know what your doing. I changed my return altitude to 200ft and that's all and I've never had an issue. I was personally very upset that go pro decided to stop making drones. I think it was a good job for there first attempt and I get they could have made some pretty awesome products consider how close the user base is between drones and action cameras.

- Answer No it doesn't, if you have a satellite signal that is not 100 percent the karma will wonder. I know the dji has sensors for that. But i also know they don't have as good customer service as gopro.

- Answer As of now they say say they will continue to support the drone program. Of course for how long is anybody’s guess. I’ve already started picking up a surplus of batteries and blades and other parts just in case.

- Answer Extra Battery NO (99.00 for an extra one) micro sd NO (normally like 69.00 don't go on the cheap one for the 1080p one) charger YES

- Answer Yes, once unboxed and started up you’ll be required to install updates to Camera, Drone, Gimbal, and Remote Control. Once finished the Follow Me feature will be available, the Drone will follow the remote control in 2 different modes; Watch and Leash.
