QuestionWhy can I buy this same mower at Lowe's and get their version of insurance but I can't get GSP on it here at Best Buy? A place much more well known for insurance? If it's cost prohibitive, just make it more expensive, but it should still be offered.

Remove the battery and store indoors in dry, and high or locked-up place – out of reach of children. Ensure the motor has cooled down before storing indoors. We hope this helped!

QuestionI used this mower for the first time today. It operated as it should, but the lights near the "power" button (the battery gauge and the "Turbo"button) do not light up. The Turbo button appears to also be unresponsive. Do I have a bad unit?
