- Answer Are you holding the control handles down? You have to hold them down, then press the button while holding one or both of them. Then release the button when it starts.

QuestionIt's advertised that the 80v 4.0ah battery will last up to 45 min/up to a 1/2 acre. Is that when using self propelled mode or not?

- Answer Hi DJ. Thank you for your question. Yes, you will want to sharpen the blade periodically and clean under the deck once you finish your job. Remove the battery and store indoors in dry, and high or locked-up place – out of reach of children. Ensure the motor has cooled down before storing indoors. We hope this helped!

QuestionI used this mower for the first time today. It operated as it should, but the lights near the "power" button (the battery gauge and the "Turbo"button) do not light up. The Turbo button appears to also be unresponsive. Do I have a bad unit?
