• Not anymore. Just one per, but really not an issue since states are moving away from paper filing. For parents with working teens this could be an issue, but for everyone else, just tell them to get their own copy of the software.

• Yeah, confirmed it includes the 5 Free Federal filings and 1 state filing. You get an 8 character activation code within your "Digital Library" on bestbuy.com when signed in. Hope this helps.
