H&R Block Fan
I've been using H&R Block for years. (What happened to the "Tax Cut" name?) I find it easy to use and thorough. I compared it to Quicken's product years ago, but preferred H&R Block. The only reason it's not 5 stars is that apparently the Minnesota state offering through the software overlooked a couple of things. However, the Minnesota support was so-so overall - directing me to the Minnesota Department of Revenue for some forms and instructions - so it could have been that I missed something just not covered by the software. I still blame that on the software though - if it was more thorough, I wouldn't have had to visit the state's site. My primary state, though, is California and coverage is very good.

Excellent Tax Software
I've used various versions of Taxcut for many years, and have never been disappointed. It covers any situation you may have, and walks you through to help you understand whether certain circumstances apply to you. I have tried to move to the 'Free' options, but always come back to the full versions because of the comprehensive situations it covers and the stability year-over-year.

Easy to use
Been using HR Block for several years. Can usually get it at a decent price by waiting and searching/watching ads. Have had no problems filing electronically. Also a better price for some basic features related to investments that another major competitor wanted too much for years ago.
