    Asked by Kathy.

    • Answer Hi Kathy, great question! The length of the thin tubes are as follows for large, medium, and small respectively: 1.5 inches, 1.25 inches, and 1.125 inches. These measurements are taken from the center of each end with the tubes sitting flat.

  • QuestionWhat are these? How do they work?

    Asked by Pops.

    • Answer Hi! This product is a consumable thin-tube designed specifically for the HearingAssist HA-302, HA-802, and EAZE Classic. When the thin-tube on your hearing aid becomes old, discolored, clogged, or crimped, you can remove and replace them! Its as easy as taking a bottle cap on or off - lefty loosey, righty tighty. Just apply a slight firm pressure when putting a new set of thin tubes on your hearing aids. The integrity of your thin tubes helps to ensure you are receiving the correct sound from your hearing aids. When the thin tube is damaged, feedback, whistling, poor amplification and other issues can arise.
