Hi there! Great question. These have rechargeable Li-ion batteries, so no battery replacement is necessary. The other maintenance should consist of regular cleaning of earwax buildup. A cleaning tool is provided with a cleaning wire to keep the thin-tubes clear of wax and to brush any buildup from the domes and hearing aid body. Domes and thin tubes should be replaced when they become old, clogged, or brittle. Our customers find that our branded cleaning wipes make cleaning any buildup a breeze.
