I decided to get a Samsung because RTINGS rated its viewing angle as good. When I tied to explain this the salesperson, he kind of rolled his eyes at me. But as luck would have it, they had the exact TCL model on display that I was returning next to the exact Samsung model I was going to buy. I told him to test out each one’s viewing angle and tell me what he thought. After doing so, he readily admitted that the TCL was indeed bad.
