There are no black screen problems and i thought i was getting a greeeat t.v. based on the reviews but mines never worked I'm so disappointed and it's going back to bestbuy.

It has great features like free movies it’s a smart tv but it does not have a Bluetooth connection to connect your head phones or speakers wirelessly. All in all it’s a good tv. Haven’t had it very long but so far so good. I do recommend getting the warranty for it from Best Buy.
