• For my 50H8F, it's 38.5" between them .. but you will need 39.5" of desk space.

• Stand legs need to be attached by two screws (furnished) per each leg to the TV casing. The attachment insert point are 30" between the two. The legs are double pronged in a V-shape, each leg is 6" long, and raises TV above table top 4-6". It is a very solid, stable base.

• Seems that my 42 inch stand will not hold this TV. I really wanted one, but wish they had put the stand in the center like my Panasonic 65" and Samsung 60", both of fit on my 42 inch stand fine. One answer shows 49.5 inches of desk space needed so I would have to use a wall mount or get another brand with center stand. Really glad I saw this as I was buying one tomorrow, shame. Thanks for the question.
