• A:Answer Hey Aleka, There is a universal remote (Onn brand) we can find in Walmart store and which is suitable for this TV. Before start using that remote, you need to set it up with a code which will be available in the instruction manual of the remote. Once it is setup with the correct code, then you can use the remote. Q: QuestionHi, I have recently purchased Hisense 75h6570g from bestbuy. My tv keep showing "optimizing for sports etc" on upper corner and when it does happen , picture and sounds changes. Please let me know what I need to do to solve this problem.

Q: QuestionI bought LG - 2.1-Channel 300W Sound bar System Model LG SL4Y and when I connect Via Optic or Bluetooth the volume is very low. Stock tv speakers are louder. How do I fix this? I Tested sound bar with cell phone and it works great. But not with this tv.

Q: QuestionDisney+ was uninstalled and Google Play will not open to allow me to download. Microphone doesn’t work, it repeats your request then remains on the home page. Why did it uninstall my app and why can’t I open the app store to fix it?

Q: QuestionI have bose speakers that use an audio cable but they're not picking up any sound. I'm using an audio input (from bose speakers) to R/L audio (to the speakers). Can I connect these to the TV? Do I need a different cable?

Q: Questionworst tv- i’ve had it for 4 months and for the last 2 months it won’t play hulu, netflix or prime. it freezes up randomly.. turns off on its own., doesn’t respond to the remote. what kind of warranty does it have? no problems with our other smart tvs
