Q: Questioni got a 65 inch hisense tv 65a6109 s/n 65G2015KH02635 ,G2015K ,we would be a show with good color and picture and then its color turns to pink then we go to reset at stander screen and goes pink again.

- A:Answer First check your TV to see if internet connection is already set up for your TV by using network function in the menu: either wired or wireless. Then power down and restart TV. This usually solves most of the problems. Also I suspect your remote control might not be connected to TV with bluetooth connection. Long press the menu button on the remote control and it'll show TV is connected to the remote control. Then try Google Assistant button again. Good luck!

Q: QuestionI bought a Model:65H6570G and when watching my cable tv there is barely any sound. I tried with 3 different known good cable boxes and all are the same. If I watch it through any of the apps, the sound works great. Please advise.
