“Two questions, the picture seems very dark during any movies. I’ve tried different presets but it doesn’t seem to change the picture at all. Brightness is at 100 already. Any help? Also a lot of features in the settings say they “aren’t available”?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Thats a tough one because there are so many settings for video. The one that cimes to mind immediately is tge automatic light sensor. And some video options that are grayed out now will open up when you change a different video setting. Go through Picture and Picture Mode too.
