We bought a Hisense 70 P yesterday at Lowes and it would only fill the bucket and stop. After looking at it carefully, we very slightly tilted it backward with a 1/4" spacer underneath the plastic center so front wheels are off ground and it is working perfectly. The drain hole for the water hose is further back than the one for the tank. Hope that helps you.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.thanks to Andyga..................... tilting worked. Most stupid design ever; I couldn't get the WiFi to work, the company to respond, nor the hose to drain.......... will never recommend Hisense products nor the company.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. So I talked to tech support..... yep tilt the unit slight backwards, and lift up the left side slightly to allow for the drain hose to work.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you plan to run the dehumidifier continuously, you can use direct draining by removing the bucket and attaching a garden hose to the device.
