Hisense NEEDS to fix these "bugs" and technical glitches. The only way the eARC/ARC Input 3 will work for HIDMI Audio is if the Input 3 is set to either "Standard" or "Auto." If Input 3 is set to "Enhanced," the eARC/ARC will definitely not allow "HDMI" to be used for "Audio." Instead, "Audio" can only be output from the "TV Speakers" or from the "Optical" out. It truly is TERRIBLE that companies don't simply release some form of HDMI "Splitter" that can send the "Video" signal to the TV and the "Audio" signal to the A/V Receiver.
