Yes! I used it in Spanish and English. You configure this device using your smartphone, with Google Home App, if your phone (or account?) is in Spanish, it automatically use Spanish as your language

Yes, just make sure you select that language on your google account set up. Sometimes I use both (Spanish and English). That's an up comparing to Alexa.
