Can this be used in a apt. for power outages null

If it is charged before the power outage, then you can use it to charge a device that gets charged via a USB cable (i.e. iPad, iPhone, Android phone/tablet, etc.).

Only to power small electronic devices- I wouldn’t use this to power appliances. But it will charge any laptop, tablet, and/or cell phone multiple times. We just came back from a camping trip and used it to charge our cameras and laptops. I’m very happy with it!

Yes but for only one charge, then you have to charge it back up again which requires electric
