- Answer I would not know. BB sold me the display missing all of the guts. (the sticker did not say the guts were missing, only no box) When I called the young man told me all the displays are fake and I should have known that. That's BS. I asked for a manger to call me and that never happened either. I'm normally happy with BB but they failed tremendously on this sale!

QuestionI replaced the filters. The light for the pre-filter is on and it doesn't matter how long I press the button, the light will not go off. What else can I do?

- Answer Remove and reinstall the filters, make sure the lid is closed properly and press button again. You can contact Honeywell product support, they are very helpful and easy to reach by phone, 1-800-477-0457.

Additionally, the Carbon pre-filters can help reduce the VOCs from the air that pass through the filters. These filters have not been tested on the output from Red Tide, and we cannot guarantee how effective it will be. - Answer It will help remove the odors, but the smell will be on the walls and fabric's in the house. also the furnace filter too. you'll probably have to wash the walls and do some really good spring cleaning of the house.

- Answer You are using the wrong carbon filter. The holes on your carbon filter is too big. That filter was sold wrongly for that unit. That filter is more for neutralizing odors.
