(the sticker did not say the guts were missing, only no box) When I called the young man told me all the displays are fake and I should have known that. That's BS. I asked for a manger to call me and that never happened either. I'm normally happy with BB but they failed tremendously on this sale!

A:AnswerIt will help remove the odors, but the smell will be on the walls and fabric's in the house. also the furnace filter too. you'll probably have to wash the walls and do some really good spring cleaning of the house.
A:AnswerYou are using the wrong carbon filter. The holes on your carbon filter is too big. That filter was sold wrongly for that unit. That filter is more for neutralizing odors.
