Yes you have the option to schedule time when the unit goes on, off, or set a schedule that the t-stat will follow . It also has what is called geofencing. This technology senses when you ( those that are authorized users and connected to the homes wi-fi) are away from home. I think mine has a range of 1/4 mile. Once everyone associated with my account is out of this range the t-stat switches to my away settings. My geofencing seems to work only half the time. If I open the app then it sees my location and determines if I'm away or not. It should sense it at all times and I shouldn't have to open the app. You can also go into the app at any time and turn the system on, off, or change settings anytime you wish. So far I like it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can set a schedule with temperatures and schedule the unit to come back automatically or use their geofencing.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, you can create a schedule and it uses geofencing for the “away” settings. With those you should be able to create the scenario you describe.
