QuestionWondering if this vacuum can be used on a hardwood floor. I understand the rotating brush can scratch. Is there a way to turn the roll on and off? Or is it soft enough for hard wood? Does it have rubber wheels? Thanks.

- Answer Thank you for submitting your question regarding your Hoover Commercial CH50300 Task Vac Soft Bag Lightweight Upright with 12 in. Cleaning Path. It can be used on hard floors, but the brush roll cannot be turned off and may scratch delicate surfaces. Warm Regards, The Hoover Team
