QuestionMy Hoover vacuum only works for about 3 seconds before it turns itself off and starts flashing red. It is fully charged, I’ve cleaned out the bin, cleaned out the stick and taken the battery out and put it back in and it is still doing it.

QuestionSorry, let me clarify my problem. My Hoover BH52210 Is making a loud weird noise. It sounds like the motor is exhausted and is not as quite as it use to be. There is no suction. I only have used it maybe 4-5 times since I got it. Thanks.

- Answer Mine did the same. Take the main, long shaft out of the handheld part. There’s a small flapper there that clogs easily on larger debris. That’s what I did & removed a grape sized piece of styrofoam. Worked like new afterwards.

QuestionMy Hoover BH52210 is making a lot of noise when on and has no suction. Noise is coming from the motor. How can I fix this?

- Answer This could be due to your filter being completely plugged up. When it's plugged the motor and fan will overspeed because it's not moving any air. Clean it's filter out completely. Use a small 1" paint brush that won't damage the filter to brush the dust off the surface of it's fliter. My guess is this is all your problem is.

QuestionI got my vacuum a few months ago. Lately, even when it is charged, it is not sucking up all the dirt. It spits a lot of it back out. What could be causing this and can I fix it myself?

- Answer Hi LeslieB, You may be able to! It's possible you either have a clog in the tube or in one of the connection points/inlets. Try taking apart your vacuum and checking for any obstructions. If you see any, just go ahead and clear those the best you can. Next, remove your filter and rinse it with water to get the debris off. Allow it 24 hours to dry before placing it back in.Once you've done these steps your vacuum should run properly.
