Can this be used as just a vacuum? null

Yes and no. Being if there is liquid on the floor... You can use the suction of the vacuum to extract most of the liquid mess from the flooring or such. However, It would not work as a regular vacuum. I hope this answer helps.

I guess you could, however I don’t think that it would work very well. The opening is small, it’s designed to suck up water, and it would not properly filter the exhaust air.
