“Does the unit displayed actually heat the cleaning solution or just a heater to assist in drying? It says SteamVac Plus, but it doesn't produce steam. I need water that is hotter than my hottest tap water because I have special cleaning needs.”

• There is no heater of any kind. You just use hot water. Shouldn't be called a "SteamVac" but they already trademarked the name long ago!
