QuestionIs there an height adjustment? One carpet is shag. We also need to clean hardwood surfaces too. Lots of dog hair.

- Answer I really not recommend this one to use it on hardwood floor, you gonna have scratches, you need to buy different one whit special attachments, one is for hardwood floors or tile, usually they are round vacuums (oval), that’s the best ones for hardwood floors

QuestionWe just assembled the vacuum and turned it on. It is VERY loud, almost as if there us something loose inside the tunnel. Is thIs model supposed to be very loud?

- Answer My vacuum cleaner was also extremely loud & I also thought something was wrong so I talked to several people & asked them to listen to it. They all said it sounded normal being that loud☹️

- Answer Hey George, Thank you for your question! The Hoover WindTunnel 2 High Capacity Pet Bagless Upright Vacuum does have a rewindable cord! You can return the cord for storage with a convenient cord release pedal that will rewind the cord when pressed down. With any rewindable cord, be sure to hold the plug when rewinding.
