• Hi, yes, the Hoover WindTunnel 2 Whole House Rewind Bagless Upright Vacuum has a brush roll ON/OFF pedal. For optimal cleaning performance on bare floors and carpet with pile deeper than 1", the brush roll should be turned off. The vacuum is shipped with the brush roll in the ON position. Also, the pedal is inactive when the cleaner is in the upright position. Thanks!
