QuestionThe claim is that this vacuum adjusts to the carpet height, but ours doesn't move on the carpet, just has a really strong suction and doesn't go anywhere. Why buy a vacuum cleaner that only works on SOME of your carpeting but not all of it? Suggestions?

- Answer It doesn’t adjust for carpet at all. Low pile is impossible, while higher pile is hit or miss.

- Answer It works very well, it has pretty good suction. I've used mine on hard surfaces and on high carpet and it works great.
