- Answer Hi...I took home the following models recently and settled on the Hoover WindTunnel. Hope this helps...I've had my Kenmore vacuum for 8 years and it had worked like a dream. Gave out at the end of September, so had to shop for a replacement. First i tried Kenmore Elite 10335 CrossoverUltra™ Bagless Upright Vacuum Cleaner- Silver/ Cherry - zero suction. didn't pick up anything off of my area rug at all -- had to run over the same section about 8 times to get anything lifted, so I returned. Next I tried the 31150 Bagged Upright Vacuum Cleaner - Silver, which also had absolutely no suction. Rolled right over any pet hair on my area rug. Useless. So returned that as well. Picked up the Hoover WindTunnel and it works like a dream. Suctions everything in sight, well made, plus Best Buy price matched when I found a lower price at another retailer.

- Answer Hi Laurie! The WindTunnel Anniversary will come with 1 Hepa bag installed. You have the option to replace with the standard Hoover Type Y bags 4010100Y or the Hepa Type Y bags AH10040. Hope this helps! ~Kenya, Hoover Customer Care

Questionhow to tighten the belt so it will turn the brush?

- Answer Hi Hal! If the belt seems loose, it may need to be replaced. Also, if your WindTunnel Anniversary Edition's brushes aren't spinning, it may be that the floor mode is set to hard floors. If it is set on Hard floors, the brushes will not spin. Hope this helps! -Michael, Hoover Customer Care

QuestionHow long will the extension hose stretch? My previous Hoovers' hoses were too short. When stretched, just a little,they would pull the vac over - crashing into whatevr was in its way, including the operator. Has Hoover improved the length of their hos?

QuestionHow can I purchase this vacuum with mypoints.com?I have researched this vacuum and I have found that I can purchase it for 350 points through JcPenneys along with many other stores with mypoints.com. However, I am unsure how to do that as that is not an option when placing this particular item into the cart.

- Answer Yes, you can purchase with points. You need to convert Best Buy points to certificates and then use certificates to pay.
