This washer was advertised as a non he washer. It is not...it has a automatic soak during the wash cycle. I would not recommend this washer . There is no way to add more water to the wash cycle and the tub only fills a third of the way up so you have to do small loads. It had a hard time washing a twin comforter. I have had it now a month and truly regret buying it. It is loud enough to be heard from the basement to the second floor. It does spin really well, but that's about it.

While you can pause the cycle to soak overnight, the washer will automatically drain if left in a paused state with the lid closed for more than 24 hours and water is present.
